DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently only ship to the UK but will be adding additional shipping options in the near future.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Due to the size of our team we ship twice a week, every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed before 2pm on Mondays & Thursdays will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped on the following shipping day.

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force to send all of our UK orders, including Saturday Guaranteed delivery.

We reserve the right to use discretion in circumstances where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

WHAT IS YOUYR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Please make contact with us before returning your order.

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

2. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

3. All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

4. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

5. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

6. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

7. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I GET A REFUND?

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 3 working days of your return being processed, depending on your payment method.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I GET AN EXCHANGE?

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed, and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 4 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.

CAN YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.

We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel.

Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact us.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please contact us.All of our shipments are insured to the necessary value, so should it not be found we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we will try to make the change or cancellation wherever possible. Please contact us via telephone as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please note, due to the speed at which our team work, we can make no guarantees to change orders prior to shipping. If an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled or amended.

If you have already received your goods then we are happy to cancel or make changes in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, and our returns policy.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ORDER I RECEIVED

If there is an issue with your order when you receive it please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as we can.

The full cost of the order will be charged as soon as it is placed.

DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT VOUCHERS?

We do not currently sell or accept gift vouchers online.

IS THIS WEBSITE SAFE?

Yes, all of your information is safe. When using PayPal, we the recipiant do not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Only the necessary information in order for us to get your order to your door.

SIZING INFORMATION

We understand the importance of purchasing the correct size when ordering online. Footwear size conversions vary from brand to brand, if you cannot find the information you need on the product page or are still unsure please contact us.

WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE STOCK?

Due to the limited edition, handmade and made-to-order nature of some of the products we stock, it is not always possible to restock items.

If you would like to ask about a product, size or colour that is not shown, contact us now.

DO YOU HAVE MORE SIZES AVAILABLE?

Occasionally a new delivery or return may arrive to us and not be added to online stock immediately. If a size is not shown on a new item, please contact us now.

CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT?

Yes, contact our team and they will try to provide you with all the information you require.

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS GENUINE?

Yes, we are licensed stockists for all of our products. They are 100% authentic.

THE ITEM I BOUGHT IS NOW IN SALE, CAN I GET THE DIFFERENCE REFUNDED?

Our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand and stock availability. We are therefore unable to refund the difference in price when an item you have purchased goes into sale.

Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item?

I put an old or wrong address while I was checking out, is there any way you can update it with the right one?
If you wish to change it please email info@grafficksstore.com immediately with your transactionID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out. 
I ordered the wrong size, can you exchange it for another size?
Please be careful when ordering an item as we have limited size runs in most items, but if you happen to order the incorrect size please email us right away at info@grafficksstore.com with your order number and we will be able to exchange the item once we have confirmation and have received the item back from you.
I just received my order but I was sent the wrong size or order, can you exchange it?
Yes, if you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email info@grafficksstore.com with your order number or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.
What countries internationally do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.
